Learn how to use the most powerful features of our quiz platform. Follow these step-by-step guides to create, manage, and analyze quizzes like a pro!

1. Creating a Quiz (Manual)

  1. Go to My Quizzes from your teacher dashboard.
  2. Click Create New Quiz.
  3. Enter a quiz title and description.
  4. Add questions: type your question, add 2–4 answer options, select the correct answer, and (optionally) add an explanation.
  5. Customize: set a time limit, enable shuffling, and choose a template.
  6. Click Save and then Publish to make your quiz available.

2. Creating a Quiz with AI

  1. Go to Create Quiz with AI in the teacher menu.
  2. Enter the subject, topic, difficulty, and number of questions.
  3. Select question types (multiple-choice, true/false, etc.).
  4. Click Generate Quiz.
  5. Review and edit the AI-generated questions.
  6. Save and publish your quiz.

3. Creating a Quiz from a PDF

  1. Go to Create Quiz from PDF.
  2. Upload your PDF document.
  3. Specify how many questions you want.
  4. Click Generate Questions from PDF.
  5. Review and edit the generated questions.
  6. Save and publish your quiz.

4. Creating a Quiz from a Video

  1. Go to Create Quiz from Video.
  2. Paste a YouTube video URL.
  3. Enter the number of questions to generate.
  4. Click Generate Questions from Video.
  5. Review and edit the questions.
  6. Save and publish your quiz.

5. Importing a Quiz from Excel

  1. Download the Excel quiz template from the platform.
  2. Fill in your quiz info and questions in the template.
  3. Go to Import Excel and upload your file.
  4. Review the imported questions.
  5. Click Import Quiz to finish.

6. Translating a Quiz

  1. In My Quizzes, find the quiz you want to translate.
  2. Click the 🌐 (language) icon.
  3. Select your target language.
  4. Click Translate.
  5. The translated quiz will appear in your quiz list.

7. Assigning Quizzes to Students

  1. In My Quizzes, click Assign next to a quiz.
  2. Select students or groups to assign the quiz.
  3. (Optional) Set assignment dates.
  4. Click Assign Quiz.

8. Viewing Analytics & Results

  1. Go to Analytics in the teacher menu.
  2. Select a quiz to view average score, completion rate, question analysis, and time taken per question.
  3. Download reports as PDF or Excel if needed.

9. Exporting Results

  1. After completing a quiz, click Export to PDF to download your results.
