Learn how to use the most powerful features of our quiz platform. Follow these step-by-step guides to create, manage, and analyze quizzes like a pro!
1. Creating a Quiz (Manual)
- Go to My Quizzes from your teacher dashboard.
- Click Create New Quiz.
- Enter a quiz title and description.
- Add questions: type your question, add 2–4 answer options, select the correct answer, and (optionally) add an explanation.
- Customize: set a time limit, enable shuffling, and choose a template.
- Click Save and then Publish to make your quiz available.
2. Creating a Quiz with AI
- Go to Create Quiz with AI in the teacher menu.
- Enter the subject, topic, difficulty, and number of questions.
- Select question types (multiple-choice, true/false, etc.).
- Click Generate Quiz.
- Review and edit the AI-generated questions.
- Save and publish your quiz.
3. Creating a Quiz from a PDF
- Go to Create Quiz from PDF.
- Upload your PDF document.
- Specify how many questions you want.
- Click Generate Questions from PDF.
- Review and edit the generated questions.
- Save and publish your quiz.
4. Creating a Quiz from a Video
- Go to Create Quiz from Video.
- Paste a YouTube video URL.
- Enter the number of questions to generate.
- Click Generate Questions from Video.
- Review and edit the questions.
- Save and publish your quiz.
5. Importing a Quiz from Excel
- Download the Excel quiz template from the platform.
- Fill in your quiz info and questions in the template.
- Go to Import Excel and upload your file.
- Review the imported questions.
- Click Import Quiz to finish.
6. Translating a Quiz
- In My Quizzes, find the quiz you want to translate.
- Click the 🌐 (language) icon.
- Select your target language.
- Click Translate.
- The translated quiz will appear in your quiz list.
7. Assigning Quizzes to Students
- In My Quizzes, click Assign next to a quiz.
- Select students or groups to assign the quiz.
- (Optional) Set assignment dates.
- Click Assign Quiz.
8. Viewing Analytics & Results
- Go to Analytics in the teacher menu.
- Select a quiz to view average score, completion rate, question analysis, and time taken per question.
- Download reports as PDF or Excel if needed.
9. Exporting Results
- After completing a quiz, click Export to PDF to download your results.
